PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN MATEMATIKA REALISTIK TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP DAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR MATEMATIKA DITINJAU DARI MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA SD NEGERI 8 DAUH PURI
Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui : (1) bahwa pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti Pendidikan Matematika Realistik lebih baik dari pada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. (2) interaksi antara Pendidikan Matematika Realistik dan motivasi terhadap pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar matematika. (3) bahwa pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti Pendidikan Matematika Realistik lebih baik dari pada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada motivasi tinggi. (4) bahwa pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti Pendidikan Matematika Realistik lebih baik dari pada siswa yang menerapkan pembelajaran konvensional pada motivasi rendah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperiment), dengan rancangan the nonequivalent postest only control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 8 Dauh Puri sebanyak 56 orang. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling (random dilakukan pada kelas). Data pemahaman konsep dikumpulkan dengan tes pemahamn konsep, data aktivitas belajar dikumpulkan dengan lembar observasi, dan data motivasi dikumpulkan denan angket motivasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deksriptif dan uji hipotesis menggunakan MANOVA selanjutnya dilakukan uji Tukey untuk melihat variabel yang lebih unggul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1.) Pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar siswa yang belajar dengan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik lebih baik daripada siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. (F = 46,95 , p<0,05) (2) Terdapat interaksi antara Pendidikan Matematika Realistik dan motivasi terhadap pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar (F = 3,47; p > 0,05). (3) Pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar siswa yang belajar dengan Pendidikan Matematika Realistik lebih baik dari pada siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada motivasi tinggi (F = 16,5; p > 0,05). (4) Pemahaman konsep dan aktivitas belajar siswa yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional lebih baik dari pada siswa yang belajar dengan pendidikan matematika realistik pada motivasi rendah (F = 42,43; p > 0,05).

The purpose of this study was to determine : (1) the understanding of mathematical concepts and learning activities students who apply Realistic Mathematics Education is better than the students who apply conventional learning. (2) the interaction between Realistic Mathematics Education to understanding mathematical concepts and learning activities in terms of motivation. (3) the understanding of mathematical concepts and learning activities students who apply Realistic Mathematics Education is better than the students who apply conventional learning at a high motivation. Data collected by pemahamn test concepts , observation sheet , and questionnaire motivation. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using MANOVA subsequent Tukey test to see which variables are superior. The results showed that : ( 1 . ) Understanding concepts and learning activities among students who studied with realistic mathematics education better than students who studied with conventional learning .
