PENGEMBANGAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA DENGAN PENDEKATAN SCIENTIFIC BERORIENTASI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DAN KOMUNIKASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH DAN PENALARAN SISWA
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh karakteristik pembelajaran, karakteristik perangkat pembelajaran, dan perangkat pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan scientific yang berkualitas valid, praktis, dan efektif. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa buku siswa dan buku petunjuk guru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian desain, dengan subjek penelitian guru matematika dan siswa SMK kelas X jurusan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi pada SMK Negeri 2 Tabanan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar keterlaksanaan, angket, serta tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan penalaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika dengan pendekatan scientific berorientasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi telah memenuhi kualitas valid, praktis dan efektif. Adapun karakteristik pembelajararan yang ada diantaranya pembelajaran diawali dengan masalah, membiasakan peserta didik untuk lebih aktif, membiasakan peserta didik menemukan konsep sendiri terkait dengan materi yang diajarkan, menyajikan masalah realistik menggunakan pendekatan scientific, dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Sedangkan karakteristik perangkat pembelajaran yang terjadi diantaranya mencantumkan Kompetensi Inti, Kompetensi dasar dan tujuan pembelajaran yang jelas, mengintegrasikan TIK, memuat petunjuk penggunaan buku, mencantumkan tahapan-tahapan pendekatan scientific, menekankan penggunaan bahasa yang jelas, logis, sistematis.

This study was aimed at obtaining the learning characteristics, the characteristics of learning devices and the characteristics of qualified, valid, practical and effective scientific approach mathematic learning tool. The developed learning tools were student’s worksheet, and teachers’ guidebook.This was a design research, with mathematics teachers and students of Class X (10) of Information and Communication Technology in Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 2 Tabanan as research subjects. The data were collected by employing validation sheet, accomplishment sheet, questionnaire, and problem solving and reasoning competence test. The results have shown scientific approach mathematics learning tools with the orientation to Information and Communication Technology has satisfied validity, practicality and effectiveness quality. The obtained the learning characteristics are learning process which is initiated from problem, familiarize and make learners to be active, familiarize and make learners find their own concepts relating to the material which was being taught, presenting social phenomenon object close to student life through scientific approach, utilization of information and communication technology in enhancing learning efficiency and effectiveness. Meanwhile the learning tools characteristics that occurs are clearly expressing Main Competence, Basic Competence and Aim of Learning, by integrating Information and Communication Technology, containing Book Usage Instructions, expressing scientific approach stages, using language that is clear, logical, systematic.
