PENGARUH MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DAN ASESMEN AUTENTIK TERHADAP PEMAHAMAN KONSEP MATEMATIKA PADA SISWA KELAS VIII SMP NEGERI 3 KUTA SELATAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan media pembelajaran dan asesmen autentik terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan. Penelitian ini tergolong sebagai desain eksperimen dengan rancangan group factorial 2x2.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan tahun 2013/2014 yang banyaknya 240 orang.Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan random sampling yang berjumlah 160 orang.Teknik analisis data menggunakan Anava Dua Jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran alat peraga dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran software pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan, (2) Terdapat perbedaan pemahaman konsep matematika antara siswa yang menggunakan asesmen unjuk kerja dengan siswa yang menggunakan asesmen portopolio pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan, dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara pembelajaran media dan asesmen autentik terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Kuta Selatan

This research aimed to know the effect of the implementation of instructional media and authentic assessment towards the mathematic’s concept comprehension of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 South Kuta. This study was classified as an experimental design with a 2x2 factorial design group. The population in this study were all students of class IX SMP Negeri 3 South Kuta year 2013/2014of the number of 240 people. Samples were taken by using random sampling totaling 160 people. Analysis using Two Way Anova. The results showed that: (1) There are differences between students' mathematical concept comprehension that follow the props learning with student that follow software learningof the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 3 South Kuta, (2) There are differences between student mathematical concept comprehension that use of performance assessement with students use of portfolio assessement of SMP negeri 3 South Kuta. (3) There are differences between the students' mathematical concept comprehension that follow the props learning model with performance assessment by students that follow software learning model with performance assessment of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 South Kuta
