Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Penemuan Berbantuan Multimedia Interaktif terhadap Pemahaman Konsep Matematika Siswa ditinjau dari Tingkat Ketangguhan Belajar
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran penemuan berbantuan multimedia interaktif terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika ditinjau dari tingkat ketangguhan belajar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain faktorial 2x2 yang dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar sebanyak 338 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 96 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Dari 8 kelas diambil 2 pasang kelas sebagai sampel penelitian, sepasang kelas sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan sepasang kelas lainnya sebagai kelompok kontrol. Pada kelompok eksperimen diterapkan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran penemuan berbantuan multimedia interaktif, sedangkan kelompok kontrol mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket tingkat ketangguhan belajar dan tes pemahaman konsep matematika. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan ANAVA dua jalur melalui uji F. Hasil penelitian yang diproleh menunjukkan bahwa: 1) F_(A Hit)=22,40>F_Tab=3,94, artinya pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran penemuan berbantuan multimedia interaktif lebih baik daripada siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. 2) F_(AB Hit)=1.04Kata Kunci : pembelajaran penemuan, multimedia interaktif, pemahaman konsep, tingkat ketangguhan belajar
This research aimed to know the affect of discovery learning model aided by interactive multimedia towards conceptual understanding of mathematics in terms of students’s adversity quotient. This research was a quasi experimantal research with 2x2 factorial design held in SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar. The research population was all of VIII grade students SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar many as 338 students. Sample of this research as much as 338 students and determined by cluster random sampling technique. From 8 classes, taken two pair of classes as research samples, a pair of classes as an experimental class and a pair of classes as an control class. Experimental class applied learning by discovery learning model aided by interactive multimedia, while the control class applied learning by conventional learning. The instrument in this research was students’s adversity quotient questionnare and conceptual understanding of mathematics test. Data were analyzed by tow-way varians analyze (tow-way ANAVA) with F-test.
