Korelasi Penguasaan Kompetensi Pedagogik dan Kompetensi Profesional Guru Matematika SMA terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Pembelajaran di Kecamatan Buleleng

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) korelasi penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional terhadap kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran guru matematika SMA, (2) korelasi penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran guru matematika SMA, (3) korelasi penguasaan kompetensi profesional terhadap kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran guru matematika SMA.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto. Anggota populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru matematika SMA di Kecamatan Buleleng sebanyak 34 orang. Karena jumlah anggota populasi memungkinkan untuk diteliti secara total maka digunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket kepuasan siswa untuk melihat kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran guru, untuk penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional diperoleh dari skor hasil Uji Kompetensi Guru (UKG) tahun 2015. Data yang telah terkumpul dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik regresi linier dan korelasi dengan dua prediktor. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan : (1) terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik dan penguasaan kompetensi profesional secara simultan dengan kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran guru matematika SMA di Kecamatan Buleleng dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,704. Persamaan garis regresi linier yang diperoleh adalah Y = 0,22X1 + 0,21X2 + 48,86; (2) terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik dengan kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran guru matematika SMA di Kecamatan Buleleng dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,616. Persamaan garis regresi linier yang diperoleh adalah Y = 0,34X + 55,32; (3) terdapat korelasi positif yang signifikan antara penguasaan kompetensi profesional dengan kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran guru matematika SMA di Kecamatan Buleleng dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,626. Persamaan garis regresi linier yang diperoleh adalah Y = 0,34X + 56,33; (4) kontribusi penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 37,91% ; (5) kontribusi penguasaan kompetensi profesional terhadap kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran dapat dilihat dari koefisien determinasi sebesar 39,24%. Peningkatan penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional akan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan pembelajaran yang diberikan.

The aims of this research were to determine : (1) correlation of pedagogy competency and professional competency understanding towards the quality of learning services; (2) correlation of pedagogical competency understanding towards the quality of learning services; (3) correlation of professional competency understanding towards the quality of learning services of mathematics teachers in senior high school.
This research was correlational research with ex post facto design. The population of this research consisted of 34 mathematics teachers in senior high school in Buleleng District. Due to the number of population members, all members are possible to be investigated. So, the total sampling technique was used. The instrument of this research was student’s questionaire that showing the quality of learning services. To determine pedagogical competency and professional competency understanding were obtained from score in teacher competency test (UKG) in 2015. Collected data were analyzed by using statistic linear regression and correlation with two predictors. The result of this research showed : (1) there exists significant positive correlation of pedagogical competency and professional competency understanding simultaneously with the quality of learning services of mathematics teachers in senior high school in Buleleng District with coefficient of correlation were 0,704.; (2) there exists significant positive correlation of pedagogical competency understanding towards the quality of learning services of mathematics teachers in senior high school in Buleleng District with coefficient of correlation were 0,616.; (3) there exists significant positive correlation of professional competency understanding towards the quality of learning services by mathematics teachers in senior high school of Buleleng District with coefficient of correlation were 0,626.; (4) the contribution of pedagogical competency understanding towards the quality of learning services can be observed from the determination coefficient which was of 37,91% ; (5) the contribution of professional competency understanding towards the quality of learning services can be observed from the determination coefficient were 39,24%. Increasing pedagogical competency and professional competency understanding will be able to improve the quality of learning services.
