PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH (RSUD) WANGAYA KOTA DENPASAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyusun masterplan IS/IT Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya Kota Denpasar agar mampu mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi, mencakup: (1) analisis internal dan eksternal lingkungan bisnis Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya Kota Denpasar, (2) analisis internal dan eksternal lingkungan IS/IT Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya Kota Denpasar, (3) future strategi IS/IT Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Wangaya Kota Denpasar yang terdiri dari future IS Strategi, IT Strategi dan IS/IT Manajemen. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan observasi lingkungan, wawancara, penyebaran kuisioner dan studi literatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah ward and peppard. Data dianalisis menggunakan SWOT, PEST, value chain, balance scorecard, five forces, critical success factor. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) future IS strategi RSUD Wangaya Denpasar berupa pengembangan sistem search engine optimization, aplikasi mobile, aplikasi rekam medis digital dan sistem pendukung keputusan, (2) future IT strategi RSUD Wangaya Denpasar berupa pengembangan sensor pendeteksi jumlah volume infus, automactic toilet cleaning system dan basement parkir, (3) future IS/IT strategi manajemen RSUD Wangaya Denpasar berupa mengoptimalkan pusat pengawasan data, membentuk admin security rekam medis digital dan mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen analisis.

The goal of this research is to compose masterplan IS/IT of wangaya general hospital to be able to realize the vision and mission of the organization. There are 3 goal of this research, 1) analyz internal and external of wangaya general hospital business environment, 2) analyz internal and external information system of wangaya general hospital, 3) strategical future of wangaya general hospital information system which consist of future IS strategy, IT strategy, and IS/IT management. SWOT, PEST, value chain, balance scorecard, five force and critical success factor are use to analyz the data. The result of this research is 1)There are several IS future strategy of wangaya general hospital such us development of search engine optimization, mobile application, digital medical records and desicion support system. 2) in IT future strategy this research results is infusion volume detectors sensors, automatic toilet cleaning system and basement parking, 3) IS/IT management strategical future consist of several suggestions such us optimalization of data centre supervision, create medical records administrator security and develop analysis management information system.
