Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) di RSJ Propinsi Bali dan merumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan SIRS. Meningkatnya keluhan pengguna sistem informasi dan belum adanya penelitian terkait analisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna SIRS di RSJ Propinsi Bali, mendorong peneliti melakukan penelitian terkait tingkat kepuasan pengguna SIRS di RSJ Propinsi Bali dengan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). EUCS adalah metode untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna SIRS, yang terdiri dari variabel information quality (IQ) dan system quality (SQ). Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu Ex Post Facto dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala likert yang divalidasi oleh dua judges. Uji validitas kuesioner dilakukan dengan menerapkan teori rumus Gregory, uji reliabilitas dengan pendekatan likert oleh Uno (2006). Kuesioner disebar kepada 60 responden yang merupakan pengguna SIRS di RSJ Propinsi Bali. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas Chi2, uji homogenitas, dan uji stastika deskritif secara holistik, variabel dan dimensi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa skor rata-rata (mean) tingkat kepuasan pengguna untuk menentukan kriteria tingkat kepuasan pengguna, hasil skor rata-rata dimasukan dalam tabel kriteria Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan hasil skor variabel IQ mean = 83,0 termasuk kriteria “sangat puas” dalam tabel CSI dan SQ mean = 76,9, termasuk kriteria “puas” dalam tabel CSI. Perbandingan pengaruh dimensi dengan ANAVA menghasilkan 3 (tiga) dimensi yang berpengaruh signifikan, yaitu content dengan nilai signifikan (sig) = 0,031, system speed dengan nilai sig = 0,001 dan training dengan nilai sig = 0,003, yaitu berada dibawah taraf signifikan 0,05. Berdasarkan temuan data empiris, perbandingan SIRS yang digunakan di rumah sakit lain dan dari sumber literatur, peneliti memberikan 12 rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap SIRS pada setiap dimensi penelitian, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan pengguna sistem informasi di RSJ Propinsi Bali. Dari hasil Focus Group Discussion (FGD) tentang 12 rekomendasi tersebut, terdapat 11 rekomendasi yang diterima dan 1 rekomendasi perbaikan ditolak oleh pihak RSJ Propinsi Bali. Penelitian ini masih menggunakan pendekatan analisis statistik data sederhana, sehingga kedepan tingkat kepuasan pengguna dan rekomendasi SIRS di rumah sakit ini perlu dikaji lagi lebih kompleks dan dalam.

This research is aimed at finding out the degree of satisfaction among users of the Hospital Information System in Bali Mental Hospital as well as formulating recommendation for improvement of the Hospital Information system. The fact that there has been a rising trend of dissatisfaction among users of the information system as well as there has been very few researches that address the issue of the degree of satisfaction among users of Hospital Information System in Bali Mental Hospital, are among the reason for conducting the research on the degree satisfaction among users of the Hospital Information system in Bali Mental Hospital using End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). EUCS is a method aimed at finding out the degree of satisfaction among users of information system, EUCS consists of information quality variable ( IQ) and system quality (SQ) variable. The approach that is adopted in this research is Ex Post Facto, and the data collection is done with questionaires using Likert Scale which is validated by two judges. The data collection in this research adopts the likert scale questionaire which was validated by two judges. The questionaire validaty test uses Gregory formula, and the reliability testing uses likert approach. The questionaires are distributed to sixty (60) respondents all of whom are users of hospital information system in Bali Mental Hospital. The data analysis is done through Chi2 normality test, homogenity test, and descriptive statistical test holistically, variable and dimension. The result of this research is presented in average score (mean) of the users satisfaction to determine the criteria for users satisfaction, the average score is put into the table of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) criteria. The research shows that the mean of IQ variable is 83,0 which belongs to the category of “very satisfied” in the CSI table while the mean of the SQ criteria is 76,9 which means “satisfied” according to the CSI table. The comparation of effect for each dimension using ANAVA, finds out three significance effect dimension, there are 0,031 significance value for content dimension, 0,001 for system speed, and 0,003 for the training dimension. Both figures are still below the significance level of 0,05. Thus, the three dimension have different effects on the satisfaction among users of the Hospital Information System. Based on the empirical data of the findings as well as the comparison to the Hospital Information adopted at other hospitals, and from other literatures, we manage to formulate twelve recommendations at each research dimension for the improvement of the Hospital Information System, which are aimed at improving the level of the satisfaction of the users of the Hospital Information System of Bali Mental Hospital. After doing the Focus Group Discussion about those recommendation, 11 are accepted and approved, and one of them is rejected or denied. This research uses a simple statistical analysis, the next reserach is expected to analyze the problem more complex and deeper.
