DETERMINASI MOTIVASI KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI DI KECAMATAN DENPASAR TIMUR

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya determinasi motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Denpasar Timur, Kota Denpasar.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto dengan populasi 444 orang guru dari enam gugus sekolah yang tersebar. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling menggunakan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan, didapatkan jumlah sampel 240 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan pengukuran variabel dengan menggunakan model skala Likert dengan lima pilihan.Intrumen penelitian diujicobakan untuk memperoleh instrumen yang andal. Data dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 15.00 for windows. Sebelum data dianalisis, dilakukan uji persyaratan.
Hasil analisis data menunjukkan, bahwa motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berkontribusi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi secara bersama-sama sebesar 47,6% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 47,60%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, motivasi kerja, budaya organisasi, dan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berfungsi determinan secara terpisah maupun simultan terhadap kinerja guru sekolah dasar negeri di Kecamatan Denpasar Timur Kota Denpasar.

ABSTRACT
The study was conducted to find out the extend of determination of the working motivation, organizational culture, and school headmaster leadership styles, either separately or simultancously toward such as teachers’ working performances of the state Elementary School teachers around Eastern Denpasar district, in Denpasar city.
This study using an ex-post facto design involving a total number of 444 populations in six school’s group. There were totally 240 samples were determined based on Krejcie and Morgan table by using simple random sampling technique. All the data were obtained by using questionnaires and variable measurement was made by using Likert scale with five different choices. The analysis was conducted by implementing both simple and multiple regresions and facilitated by SPSS version 15.00 for Windows software.
The results showed that working motivation, the teachers’ organizational culture, and school headmaster leadership styles contributed both positively and significantly towards the teachers’working performances altogether with total determination of 47.6% and effective contribution of totally 47.60%.
Based on the findings, it could be concluded that working motivation, organizational culture, and school headmaster leadership styles have determinant function either separately or simultancously toward the teachers’working performances the state Elementary School teachers around Eastern Denpasar district, in Denpasar city.
