DETERMINASI PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, IKLIM KERJA SEKOLAH, DAN SEMANGAT KERJA GURU, TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SMP PGRI DI DENPASAR UTARA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan semangat kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP PGRI di Denpasar Utara baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 207 guru pada SMP PGRI di Denpasar Utara. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proposional random sampling. Berdasarkan tabel Krejcie and Morgan, ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 guru. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi parsial dan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan besaran determinasi sebesar 40,2%, (2) terdapat determinasi iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan besaran determinasi sebesar 30,7%, (3) terdapat determinasi iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan besaran determinasi sebesar 44,5%, dan (4) terdapat determinasi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP PGRI di Denpasar Utara dengan besaran determinasi sebesar 60,3%.
Berdasarkan temuan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat determinasi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja sekolah, dan semangat kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pada SMP PGRI di Denpasar Utara.

This study aimed to know the determinaton of principal leadership behavior, school work climate, and work spirit towards teacher performance in SMP PGRI at North Denpasar both simultaneously and partially. This study belonged to ex post facto approach. The study population were all teachers in SMP PGRI at North Denpasar that consisted of 207 teachers. The sample were taken by proportional random sampling technique. Based on the Krejcie and Morgan table, the size sample in this study consisted of 60 teachers. Data analysis that used in this study were partial correlation and multiple linier regression. The result of study show that: (1) there is a determination of principal leadership behavior towards teacher performance with the level of determination pf 40.2%, (2) there is a determination of school work climate towards teacher performance with the level of determination of 30.7%, (3) there is a determination of work spirit towards teacher performance with the level of determination of 44.5%, and (4) there is a determinaton of principal leadership behavior, school work climate, and work spirit towards teacher performance in SMP PGRI at North Denpasar with the level of determination of 60.3%. Based on those findings, it can be concluded that there is a determinaton of principal leadership behavior, school work climate, and work spirit towards teacher performance in SMP PGRI at North Denpasar.
