KUALITAS LAYANAN GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN DITINJAU DARI KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK, KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL, DAN KONSEP DIRI (Studi tentang Persepi Para Guru Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Denpasar Timur)
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi kompetensi pedagogik guru, kompetensi profesional guru, dan konsep diri guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam pembelajaran pada SD di Kecamatan Denpasar Timur. secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi sebanyak 830 orang guru SD di Kecamatan Denpasar Timur dan sampelnya sebanyak 265 orang yang diambil dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi profesional, dan konsep diri memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam pembelajaran di SD Kecamatan Denpasar Timur secara terpisah maupun simultan.

THE QUALITY OF TEACHER’S SERVICE IN INSTRUCTION VIEWED FROM PEDAGOGIC COMPETENCE, PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE AND SELF-CONCEPT
(A Study of Perceptions of Teachers of Elementary Schools in Denpasar Timur District)

ABSTRACT
This study aimed at finding out out the extent of contributions the extent of the contributions of teacher’s pedagogic competence, teacher’s professional competence and teacher self-concept simultaneously to quality of teacher’s service in instruction in elementary school in Denpasar Timur district either desprerately or simultaneously. The population were 830 teachers of elementary teachers in Denpasar Timur district and 265 people were used as the sample with sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. This research was arranged in ex-post facto. The data was collected by using Likerts scale model and was analyze by using the correlation and regression analysis. The result shows that pedagogic competence, professional competence and self-concept a significant contribution to quality of teacher service in instruction in elementary school in Denpasar Timur district both separately and simultaneously.
