KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI GURU DAN SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi berprestasi guru dan supervise kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi seluruh guru SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi berprestasi guru dan supervise kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMA Kabupaten Karangasem baik secara mandiri ataupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SMA di Kabupaten Karangasem.

The aims of this research is to find out and to analyze the amount of contribution of trasformational leadership style, achievement motivation and head of school supervision, against the involving teacher performance of state senior high school in Karangasem. This research is an ex-post facto in the form of correlation the population of all senior high school teachers in Karangasem regency. The result of the research shows that there is a significant contribution of trasformational leadership style, achievement motivation and head of school supervision,teacher performance. Therefore, those three variables can be used as predictors in improving teacher performance of state senior high school in Karangasem.
