KONTRIBUSI DISIPLIN KERJA KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA RSBI DI KOTA DENPASAR

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA RSBI di Kota Denpasar secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMA yang berstatus pegawai negeri siplil di SMA RSBI Kota Denpasar yang berjumlah 274 orang dan diambil sebanyak 159 orang sebagai sampel dengan teknik professional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancagan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi dan korelasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA RSBI di Kota Denpasar secara terpisah maupun simultan.

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the contribution of work discipline competence and motivation to work on the performance of High School Teachers RSBI in Denpasar Separately or Simultaneously. The population of Subject in this study is the status of High School Teachers as Civil Servants in the RSBI high school in Denpasar, amounting to 274 people and as many as 159 people taken as a sample by random sampling technique proforsional.

This study uses ex-post facto design. This data is collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed with regression and correlation. The analysis results indicate that there is a significant contribution of work’s discipline competence and motivation to work on the performance of teachers in RSBI High School Denpasar Separately or simultaneously.
