KONTRIBUSI PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN, SUPERVISI KLINIS, DAN KECERDASAN EMOSIONAL KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI DI KOTA DENPASAR

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi klinis dan kecerdasan emosional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru-guru SMA Negeri di Kota Denpasar.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto dengan populasinya berjumlah 574 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling menggunakan tabel Krejcic. Didapatkan jumlah sampel 212 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner dan pengukuran variabel dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Analisis data digunakan statistik infrensial dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana dan ganda. Proses pengolahan data dilakukan dengan SPSS versi 15.00 for windows.

Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi klinis, dan kecerdasan emosional berkontribusi  positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 41,3%

ABSTRAC

 

The study was conducted in order to discover and analyze the extend of contribution the headmaster’s leadership behavior, clinical supervision, and his/her emotional intelligence towards the teachers’ performances at SMA Negeris around Denpasar.

The study was carried out by using an ex-post facto design involving a total number of 574 respondents as the populations, from which only 212 respondents were determined as samples appointed based on simple random sampling technique with Krejcic table. The data were collected by using questionnaires and the variables were measured based on Likert scales. The data then analyzed by using infrential statistics with simple and multiple regressions and supported SPSS version 15.00 for windows.

The results of the study indicated that there were positive and significant contributions of  the headmaster’s leadership behavior, clinical supervision, and his/her emotional intelligence towards the teachers’ performances with determination point 41,3%.
