KONTRIBUSI KOMPETENSI GURU, SARANA PRASARANA, DAN IKLIM SEKOLAH TERHADAP KEPUASAN BELAJAR (Studi Tentang Persepsi Siswa SMPK 2 Harapan)
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi: (1) kompetensi guru terhadap kepuasan siswa belajar, (2) sarana prasarana terhadap kepuasan siswa belajar, (3) iklim sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa belajar, dan (4) secara bersama-sama kompetensi guru, sarana prasarana, dan iklim sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa belajar. Populasi subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMPK 2 Harapan Untal-Untal yang berjumlah 472 orang pada tahun 2011-2012. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode Stratified proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, dan regresi ganda. Kompetensi guru, sarana prasarana dan iklim sekolah berpengaruh dan dapat dijadikan prediktor terhadap tingkat kepuasan siswa belajar di SMPK 2 Harapan secara terpisah maupun secara simultan.

ABSTRACT
The aims of this study is to find out the contribution of: (1) teachers’ competency towards students’ learning satisfaction, (2) facilities and infrastructure toward students’ learning satisfaction, (3) school climate towards student learning satisfaction, and (4) together competence of teachers, facilities and infrastructure, and school climate toward student learning satisfaction. The population of this study subjects were all students SMPK 2 Harapan Untal-Untal that totaling 472 people in 2011-2012. Sampling is taken by using proportional Stratified random sampling method. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analyzed by simple regression and multiple regressions. the teacher competency, infrastructure and school climate are determined and can be utilized as predictors of satisfaction level of students learning in SMPK 2 Harapan separately or simultaneously.
