KONTRIBUSI PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA GURU (STUDI PERSEPSI GURU SMP NEGERI SE-KECAMATAN KUBU)
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi seluruh guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kubu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, budaya organisasi, pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja guru baik secara mandiri ataupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Kubu.

This study aimed to analyze the contribution of principal leadership behavior, organizational culture, incentives on teacher performance. This research includes the study of ex-post facto correlational shaped the entire population of the Junior High School teacher in the district Kubu. The results showed that there were significant contributions principal leadership behavior, organizational culture, incentives on teacher performance either independently or simultaneously. Thus, these three variables can be used as predictors in improving teacher performance Junior High School teacher in the district of Kubu.
