KORELASI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, SUPERVISI AKADEMIS PENGAWAS, DAN PEMBERIAN TUNJANGAN PROFESI GURU TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN KUBU
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya korelasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik pengawas, pemberian tunjangan profesi guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi seluruh guru SMP Negeri di kecamatan Kubu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik pengawas, pemberian tunjangan profesi guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru baik secara mandiri ataupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor dalam meningkatkan motivasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di kecamatan Kubu.

This study aimed to analyze the correlation of the principal's leadership style, academic supervision supervisors, teachers' professional allowance on work motivation of teachers. This research includes the study of ex-post facto correlational shaped the entire population of the Junior High School teacher in the district Kubu. The results showed that there were significant correlations style of school leadership, academic supervision supervisor, teacher professional allowances to teachers' motivation to work either independently or simultaneously. Thus, these three variables can be used as predictors in improving work motivation Junior High School teacher in the district of Kubu.
