DETERMINASI KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DAN SIKAP GURU TERHADAP PROFESINYA DENGAN KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI SE KECAMATAN GEROKGAK

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya determinasi variabel: (1) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, (2) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, (3) sikap guru terhadap profesinya, (4) kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan sikap guru terhadap profesinya secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Gerokgak. Penelitian ini menggunakan sensus studi yaitu seluruh anggota populasi guru PNS sebagai responden yakni 97 orang guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dalam bentuk kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi sederhana, regresi sederhana, dan regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 13% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 6,32% , (2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 31,2% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 28,26%, (3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan sikap guru terhadap profesi dengan kinerja guru dengan determinasi sebesar 4,8%dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 4,60%, (4) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik, dan sikap guru terhadap profesi dengan kinerja guru SMP Negeri se Kecamatan Gerokgak dengan determinasi sebesar 39,2%.

This study is aimed at investigating the determination of variables,: (1) leadership of the headmaster, (2) academic supervision, (3) the attitude of the teachers to their profession, and (4) leadership of the headmaster, academic supervision, the attitude of the teachers to their profession simultaneous with teacher performance in public junior high school at Gerokgak. This study used sensus study which involved all population to be the respondents. That is 97 teachers as responden. This study was an ex-post facto reaserch and the data collected by using the quesionare. The data analyses used in partial correlation, simple regression and multiple regression. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant determination of leadership of the headmaster toward the teachers performance with a determination of 13% and effective contribution of 6,32%, (2) there is a significant determination of academic supervission toward the teacher performance with a determination of 31,2% and effective contribution of 28,26%, (3) there is a significant determination of the attitude of the teachers to their profesion toward the teacher performance with a determination of 48% and effective contribution of 4,60%, and (4) there is simultaneous significant determination of leadership of the headmaster, academic supervision, the attitude of the teacher to their profesion toward the teacher performance in public junior high school with a determination of 39,2%.
