KONTRIBUSI KEDISIPLINAN, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KELENGKAPAN PERANGKAT PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 3 DENPASAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini pada hakekatnya bertujuan untuk: (1) untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar, (2) untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar, (3) untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar, dan (4) untuk mengetahui secara bersama-sama besarnya kontribusi kedisiplinan, motivasi kerja, dan kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar. Guna mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian ex post facto pada guru-guru di SMP Negeri 3 Denpasar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda serta korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, ditemukan hasil sebagai berikut. (1) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar sebesar 77%. (2) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar sebesar 59,7%. (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar sebesar 58,6%. (4) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama kedisiplinan, motivasi kerja, dan kelengkapan perangkat pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru SMPN 3 Denpasar sebesar 77%.

This study essentially aims to: (1) to determine the contribution to the discipline of teacher performance SMPN 3 Denpasar, (2) to determine the contribution of motivation to work on teacher performance SMPN 3 Denpasar, 3) to determine the contribution completeness learning tools on teacher performance SMPN 3 Denpasar, and (4) to determine jointly the contribution of self-discipline, motivation, and completeness of the study on teacher performance SMPN 3 Denpasar. To achieve these objectives, the research conducted on the ex post facto teachers at SMPN 3 Denpasar. Data were analyzed with simple regression analysis and multiple regression and partial correlation. Based on the analysis, the following results were found. (1) There is a significant contribution to the discipline of teacher performance SMPN 3 Denpasar by 77%. (2) There is a significant contribution to the performance of teachers' work motivation SMPN 3 Denpasar by 59.7%. (3) There is a significant contribution to the learning device completeness teacher performance SMPN 3 Denpasar at 58.6%. (4) There is a significant contribution together discipline, motivation, and completeness of the study on teacher performance SMPN 3 Denpasar by 77%.
