KONTRIBUSI KOMPETENSI GURU, ETOS KERJA GURU, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN SUPERVISI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA GURU DI SEKOLAH REGENTS SCHOOL DENPASAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi (1) kompetensi guru terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, (2) etos kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, (3) budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, (3) budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, (4) supervisi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru, dan (5) secara bersama-sama antara kompetensi guru, etos kerja, budaya organisasi, dan supervisi terhadap produktivitas kerja guru di sekolah Regents School Denpasar.
Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Penelitian melibatkan empat variabel bebas, yakni: kompetensi guru, etos kerja, budaya organisasi, supervisi dan satu variabel terikat, yakni produktivitas kerja guru. data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial dan analisis determinasi.
Kata Kunci : Kompetensi guru, Etos kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Produktivitas Kerja guru
The intent of the present study was to examine the contribution of: (1) teachers’ competence to the teachers’ work productivity, (2) work ethic to teachers’ work productivity, (3) organization culture to the teachers’ work productivity, (4) supervision on the teachers’ work productivity, and (5) simultaneously teachers’ competency, work ethic, organisation culture and supervision to teachers’ work productivity at Regent School Denpasar.
This research used ex-post facto design. The research involved four independet variables including teachers’ competence, work ethic, organisation culture and supervision and one dependet variable which was teachers’ work productivity. Data was gathered through questionnaire. Then, the data was analyzed by using simple regression, simple correlation, double regression, partial correlation and determination analysis.
