EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN KEGIATAN KKG SD GUGUS II KECAMATAN PAMONA SELATAN KABUPATEN POSO
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG SD Gugus II Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian evaluatif dengan menggunakan model CIPP. Populasi penelitian adalah guru-guru SD Gugus II Kecamatan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso sebanyak 50 orang, dan seluruhnya dijadikan sebagai subjek penelitian. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner sebagai pengumpul data utama serta wawancara dan studi dokumentasi sebagai pelengkap. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif univariat/kriteria ideal teoritik dan analisis skor-T. Analisis deskriptif dengan skor-T dilakukan terhadap keempat variabel yaitu variabel konteks, input, proses, dan produk selanjutnya ditentukan arah efektivitasnya untuk dikonfirmasikan dengan kuadran Glickman. Hasil analisis data menujukan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan KKG SD Gugus II Kecamtan Pamona Selatan Kabupaten Poso tergolong sangat efektif dengan hasil konteks positif (+), input positif (+), proses positif (+), dan produk positif (+).

This research was aims to determine the effectiveness of the KKG activity in SD Gugus II South of Pamona District of Poso in the review of the component context, input, process and product. This research includes an evaluation study by using CIPP models. The population of this research are the teachers in SD Gugus II south Pamona district in Poso, as many as 50 people, and all of them serve as research subjects. The research data obtained through the guestionnaire as the main data collection and documentation studies and interviews, as a complement. Data were analyzed by univariate analysis of quantitative descriptive/theoretical ideal criteria and analysis of T-scores. Descriptive analysis performed with T-scores on four variables; the variable context, input, process, and product, further specified in the direction of its effectiveness to confirm with the Glickman’s quadran. The results of the data analysis showed that the KKG activity in SD Gugus II south of Pamona district in Poso considered to be very effective with a positive outcome context (+), positive input (+), the positive process (+), and the product of the positive (+).
