Abstract



ABSRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : mengetahui : (1) kontribusi kompetensi, kesejahteraan guru,
disiplin guru, dan kualiras layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran, (2) kontribusi kompetensi guru terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAK Harapan, (3) kontribusi kesejahteraan guru terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMA Harapan, (4) kontribusi disiplin guru terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAK Harapan Denpasar, (5) kontribusi secara bersama-sama kompetensi guru, kesejahteraan guru, disiplin guru, terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAK Harapan Denpasar.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMAK Harapan Denpasar yang berjumlah 48 orang. Semua diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif korelasional ex-post facto dengan metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan degan kuesioner, dokumen, dan lembar observasi dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi ganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) kompetensi guru berkontribusi terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAK Harapan Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 30,1% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,72%, (2) Kesejahteraan guru berkontribusi terhadap kualitaslayanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAK Harapan Denpasar dengan kontribusi sebesar 19,9% dan sumbangan Efektif sebesar 10,80%, (3) disiplin guru berkontribusi terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAK Harapan dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,3% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 34,22%, (4) secara bersamasama

kompetensi guru, kesejahteraan guru, disiplin guru, berontribusi terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMA Harapan determinasi sebesar 58,4%
Berdasarkan  temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara terpisah dan simultan kompetensi guru, kesejahteraan guru, disipli guru, berkontribusi terhadap kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAK Harapan Denpasar. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kualitas layanan guru dalam proses pembelajatan di SMAK Harapan Dempasar.


Kata Kunci : Kompetensi Guru, Kesejahteraan Guru, Disipli Guru, Kualitas Layanan Guru dalam Proses Pembelajaran.

 

ABSRACT

The study was conducted in order ti find out: (1) the contribution of competency,
teachers’walfare, their discipline, as wel as their servis quality in the process of instruction, (2) the contribution of the teachers’ competency towards their service quality at SMAK Harapan Denpasar, (3) the contribution of the teachers’ welfare towards their service quality at SMAK Harapan Depasar, (4) the contribution of the teachers’ discipline towards their service quality at SMAK Harapan Denpasar, (5) the simultaneous contribution of the teachers’ competency, their welfare, their discipline towards their service quality at SMAKHarapan Denpasar.

The study enployed a descriptive correlation ex-post facto design with quantitative method, involvinga total number of 48 teaching staff members at SMAK Harapan Denpasar as the samples. The data were obtained by using questionnaires, document recoords, and observation sheetsbased on Likert scales, and they ware analyzed by using multiple regression.
The findings indicated that: (1) there was a contribution of the teachers’ competency towards their service quality at SMAK Harapan Denpasar with a contributing value of 30.1% and itseffective contribution of 13.72% , (2) there was a contribution of the teachers’ welfare towards their service quality at SMAK Harapan Denpasar with a contributing value of 19.9% and its effective contribution of 10.80%, (3) the teachers’ discipline contributed towards their service quality at SMAK Harapan Denpasar with a contributing value of 45.3% and its effective contribution of 34.22%, (4) there was a simultaneous contribution of the teachers’ copetency, their welfare, their discipline towards their service quality at SMAKHarapan Denpasar with determinant value of 58.4%.

Based on the findings it could be concluded that the teavhers’ competency, their walfare , their discipline contributed both separately as well as simultaneously towards their service quality at SMAK Harapan Denpasar. Accordingly the there above mentioned factors could become predictors of the tendency level of the teachers’ service quality in the process of instruction at SMAK Harapan Denpasar.
