KONTRIBUSI DISIPLIN KERJA GURU, SIKAP GURU TERHADAP PROFESI, DAN INTENSITAS KETERLIBATAN GURU DALAM KEGIATAN MGMP TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PEMBELAJARAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi: (1) disiplin kerja guru terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (2) sikap guru terhadap profesi terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (3) intensitas keterlibatan guru dalam kegiatan MGMP terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran, (4) dan secara bersama-sama disiplin kerja guru, sikap guru terhadap profesi, dan intensitas keterlibatan guru dalam kegiatan MGMP terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto yang berbentuk korelasional dan populasi subyek mencakup guru SMP Negeri 2 Mengwi yang berjumlah 46 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk variabel disiplin kerja guru, sikap guru terhadap profesi, dan intensitas keterlibatan guru dalam kegiatan MGMP, serta menggunakan observasi untuk variabel kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan análisis korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan: (1) disiplin kerja guru terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 22,40% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 14,96%, (2) sikap guru terhadap profesi terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 20,20% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,28%, (3) intensitas keterlibatan guru dalam kegiatan MGMP terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajarann dengan kontribusi sebesar 21,20% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,68%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama disiplin kerja guru, sikap guru terhadap profesi, dan intensitas keterlibatan guru dalam kegiatan MGMP terhadap kualitas pengelolaan pembelajaran dengan kontribusi sebesar 40,00%

This study aimed to determine: (1) teacher descipline, (2) teacher attitude toward profession, (3) the intercity of teacher participation in MGMP activity, and (4) combination of teacher descipline, teacher attitude toward profession, and the intercity of teacher participation in MGMP activity affects the quality of learning process managerial. This is an ex-post facto research which is correlative with the subjets number including 46 teacher of junior high school no 2 Mengwi. This research used census method the data for teachers descipline, teacher attitude toward profession, and the intercity of teacher participation in MGMP activity were collected using questioners and observation for the learning process managerial cevality. Data were analyzed using doble regression, simple regression, and partial correlation analysis.
