DETERMINASI SUPERVISI AKADEMIK KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK, BUDAYA ORGANISASI SEKOLAH TERHADAP KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN GURU SD NEGERI DI GUGUS IX KECAMATAN ABIANSEMAL BADUNG

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi secara terpisah maupun simultan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD Negeri di Gugus IX Kecamatan Abiansemal Badung yang berjumlah 94 orang, semuanya diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara terpisah maupun simultan supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kualitas pembelajaran guru. Dengan demikian, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, kompetensi pedagogik, dan budaya organisasi sekolah dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kualitas pembelajaran guru.

This research was aimed at finding out the contributions of school principals’ academic contributions, pedagogic competence, and culture of school organization, separately or simulatenously, toward teachers’ teaching and learning quality. The population of this research was all teachers of SD Negeri in Cluster IX Abiansemal District, Badung Regency with total 94 teachers, all of them were taken as sampel of this research. This research used ex-post facto design. Data were collected through questionnaires and were analyzed by using regressions analysis. Result of the research showed school principals’ academic supervisions, pedagogic competence, and culture of school organization toward teachers’ teaching and learning quality. Hence, those three variables could be used as predictor of tendency of teachers’ teaching and learning quality in SD Negeri in Gugus IX Abiansemal District, Badung Regency.
