STUDI EVALUATIF PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI PENGAJARAN KEPALA SMK NEGERI DI KABUPATEN BANGLI
Abstract
Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah SMK Negeri di kabupaten Bangli ditinjau dari kualitas konteks, input, proses dan produk. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 164 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode kuesioner, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data deskriptif dan arah T-Skor yang selanjutnya dikonversi kedalam kuadran Glickman. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa: 1) pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah di SMK 1 Susut, SMK 3 Bangli, dan SMK 3 Kintamani tergolong efektif. 2) pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah di SMK 1 Tembuku tergolong sangat efektif. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi pengajaran kepala sekolah SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Bangli, ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses, dan produk tergolong efektif.

This research aims at evaluating and analyzing the Implementation of the teaching Supervision of the state vocational Schools principals in Bangli Regency which was viewed from the context quality, input, process and product. The number of samples in this research were 164 people who taken from four vocational schools in Bangli Regency. The data collection was conducted through questioner, observation, interview and documentation method. The data analysis applied was descriptive data analysis and T-Score furthermore conversion on Glickman quadrant. Based on the research that has been conducted, it was found the result as that: 1) The implementation at the teaching supervision at the principals in SMKN 1 Susut, SMKN 3 Bangli and SMKN 3 Kintamani were considered as effective. 2) The implementation at teaching supervision at the principal in SMKN 1 Tembuku was considered as very effective. Based on that result, it can be concluded that the implementation of the teaching supervisions of the state vocational schools Principals in Bangli Regency viewed from the context, input, process and product components was considered as effective.
