Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran kontribusi beberapa variabel, yaitu: Sikap professional guru, Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja, terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal, secara terpisah maupun secara simultan.
Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berstatus Pegawai Negeri Sipil(PNS) pada SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal yang berjumlah 46 orang, dan semua populasi dipakai sebagai subyek penelitian. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian ex-post faxto. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuisioner sikap professional guru, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kinerja guru. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana, uji regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial.
Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan sikap professional guru terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 41,36% dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 17,04%; 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 45,8% dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 27,74%; 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 49,5% dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 23,53%; 4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara sikap professional guru, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 68,3%.
Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan sikap professional guru, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal, baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan pediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru di SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal.

This study was aimed at finding out the contributions of some Variables, i.e; Teacher’s Professional Attitude, Headmaster’s Leadership Style, and Work Motivation toward the Performance of Teachers in SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal, both separately and simultaneously.
The populations were the total number of 46 permanent teaching staf members at the SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal dan semua populasi dipakai sebagai subyek penelitian. This study utilized an ex-post facto design. The data required were collected by using questionnaires with Teacher’s Professional Attitude, Headmaster’s Leadership Style, Work Motivation and teacher’s Performance questionnaires. The data were analyzed by simple regression, multiple regression, and partial correlation analysis as well as.
The results showed that: 1) there was a significant contribution of teacher’s professional attitude toward teacher’s performance (41,36% ) with 17,04% effective contribution. 2) there was a significant contribution of headmaster’s leadership style toward teacher’s performance (45,8%) with 27,74% effective contribution. 3) there was a significant contribution of work motivation toward teacher’s performance (49,5%) with 23,53% effective contribution. 4) there was a significant simultaneous contribution of teacher’s professional attitude, headmaster’s leadership style, and work motivation toward teacher’s performance with contribution as much as 68,3% .
Based on the findings it can be concluded that there is a significant contribution of Teacher’s Professional Attitude, Headmaster’s Leadership Style , and Work Motivation toward the Teacher’s Performance in SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal, both separately and simultaneously. Therefore, the three factors can be utilized as predictors of the level of tendency the Teacher’s Performance in SMP Negeri 4 Abiansemal,
