KONTRIBUSI LINGKUNGAN KERJA, MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KEPALA SD SE KECAMATAN SUSUT BANGLI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kontribusi (1) lingkungan kerja, (2) motivasi berprestasi, (3) pengalaman kerja dan (4) secara bersama-sama lingkungan kerja, motivasi berprestasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja Kepala SD se Kecamatan Susut Bangli.
Populasi subyek penelitian ini adalah seluruh kepala sekolah SD se Kecamatan Susut Bangli yang berjumlah 30. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner, yang dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial dan analisis determinasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Susut Bangli secara signifikan, melalui persamaan garis regresi = 87.007+ 0.470X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,8% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,16%, (2) terdapat kontribusi motivasi terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Susut Bangli secara signifikan, melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 46.577+ 0.762X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 44,5 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 28,74%, (3) terdapat kontribusi pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Susut Bangli secara signifikan pada, melalui persamaan garis regresi = 104.376+ 0.148X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 35,5% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,18%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi lingkungan kerja, motivasi, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja Kepala sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Susut Bangli secara signifikan melalui persamaan garis regresi = 16.707+ 0.269X1 + 0.492X2 + 0.084X3 sumbangan efektif sebesar 71,1%.

This study was aimed at investigating the contribution of (1) work environment, (2) achievement motivation, (3) work experience and (4) simultaneously work environment, achievement motivation and work experience toward elementary school principal’s performance throughout Susut district, Bangli.
The population consisted of all elementary school principals throughout Susut district, Bangli with the total of 30 principals. This study used ex-post facto design. The data were collected with questionnaire and were analyzed with simple regression, multiple regression, partial correlation, and analysis of determination.
The result of analysis showed that (1) there was a significant contribution of work environment toward performance of elementary school principals throughout Susut district, Bangli as shown by regression linear equation Ŷ= 87.007+ 0.470X1 with 38.8% contribution and 22.16% effective contribution, (2) there was a significant contribution of achievement motivation toward performance of elementary school principals throughout Susut district, Bangli as shown by regression linear equation Ŷ= 46.577+ 0.148X3 with 35.5% contribution and 20.18% effective contribution and (4) simultaneously, there was a contribution of work environment, achievementmotivation, and work experience toward performance of elementary school principals throughout Susut district, Bangli as shown by regression linear equation Ŷ= 16.707 + 0.269 X1+ 0.49X2 + 0.084X3 with 71.1% effective contribution.
