KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI KEPALA SEKOLAH, SIKAP PROFESIONAL GURU DAN KESEJAHTERAAN GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SEKOLAH DASAR DI KECAMATAN SUSUT KABUPATEN BANGLI

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi supervisi kepala sekolah, sikap profesional guru, kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SD di Kecamatan Susut Bangli sebanyak 170 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi ganda dan sumbangan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan sikap profesional guru terhadap kinerja guru, 3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru, dan 4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi kepala sekolah, sikap profesional guru kesejahteraan guru terhadap kinerja guru.

This study was aimed at finding out the contribution of principal’s supervision, teacher’s professional attitude, teacher’s welfare toward teacher’s performance, This study was an ex post facto research. The sampel in this study consisted of all elementary teachers in Susut district, The sample was 170 teachers. The data collected with quistionnaire. The data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation and effective contribution. This study showed that: 1) there was a significant contribution of principal’s supervision toward teacher’s performance, 2) there was a significant contribution teacher’s professional attitude toward teacher’s performance, 3) there was a significant contribution of teacher’s welfare toward teacher’s performance, and 4) simultaneously, there was a significant contribution of principal’s supervision, teacher’s professional attitude, teacher’s welfare toward teacher’s performance.
