KONTRIBUSI PELAKSANAAN SUPERVISI PENGAWAS SEKOLAH, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SD SE- KECAMATAN BANGLI
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kualitas pelaksanaan supervisi pengawas sekolah, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru dan pelaksanaan supervisi pengawas sekolah, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli, dengan jumlah 252 orang. Sampel diambil sebanyak 177 orang, dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner sedangkan data kinerja guru diambil dari Alat Penilaian Kemampuan Guru 1 dan 2 (APKG 1 dan APKG 2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi pengawas sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama supervisi pengawas sekolah, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru

This study was aimed atfinding out the contribution of the quality of the implementation of school supervisor’s supervision, principal’s leadership style, achievement motivation toward teacher’s performance, and the implementation of school supervisor’s supervision, principal’s leadership style, and achievement motivation simultaneously toward teacher’s performance. The population of this study consisted of all public elementary school teachers in Bangli district, Bangli regency, with the size of 252. The sample selected was 177, with 5% level of error. This study used ex-post factodesign. The data about the implementation of school supervisor’s supervision, principal’s leadership style, and achievement motivation were collected through a questionnaire while the data about teacher’s performance were collected by using Alat Penilaian Kemampuan Guru 1 (APKG 1)and Alat Penilaian Kemampuan Guru 2 (APKG 2), which are instruments for assessing teacher’s competence. The results showed that; there was a significant contribution of school supervisor’s supervision toward teacher’s performance, there was a significant contribution of principal’s leadership style toward teacher’s performance, there was a significant contribution of achievement motivation toward teacher’s performance, and there was a significant contribution simultaneously of school supervisor’s supervision, principal’s leadership style, and achievement motivation toward teacher’s performance.
