KORELASI ANTARA DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DALAM MENGELOLA PEMBELAJARAN ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS SLBB PTN JIMBARAN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya korelasi disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru SLB B N PTN Jimbaran. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh Guru SLBB PTN Jimbaran dengan jumlah 38 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sensus yaitu seluruh anggota populasi menjadi sampel. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi, dianalisis dengan regresi ganda dan analisis korelasi sederhana. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat korelasi antara disiplin kerja dan kinerja guru dengan persamaan garis regresi = 14,582 + 1,202 X1, serta sumbangan efektif sebesar 30,0 %, (2) Terdapat korelasi antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru dengan persamaan garis regresi: = 30,799 + 1,035 X2, dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 31,3 %, (3) Terdapat korelasi antara kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru dengan persamaan garis regresi = 69,487 + 0,862 X3 , dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 15,4 %, dan (4) Terdapat korelasi secara simultan antara disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru dengan persamaan garis regresi = -57,157 + 0,758 X1 + 0,612 X2 + 0,353 X3 dan kontribusi 76,7 %. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat korelasi disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, kompetensi pedagogik terhadap kinerja guru SLB B PTN Jimbaran.

The purpose of research is to find out the correlation of work discipline, motivation, teachers' pedagogic competency of teacher's work performance at SLB B N PTN Jimbaran. There is a correlation of pedagogic competency through and teachers performance through equation of a regression line = 69,487 + 0,862 X3, and effective contribution is 15,4 % .(4) there is a correlation simultaneously of work discipline, motivation, and pedagogic competency to teachers performance through equation of a regression line = -57,157 + 0,758 X1 + 0,612 X2 + 0,353 X3 and effective contribution is 76,7 %.based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there a correlation of work discipline, work motivation, and teachers' pedagogic competency to work performance at SLBB N PTN Jimbaran.
