KONTRIBUSI PENGALAMAN DALAM PELATIHAN, KONSEP DIRI GURU, DAN KOMPETENSI GURU TERHADAP KOMITMEN GURU SMA NEGERI DI KABUPATEN GIANYAR
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi (1) pengalaman dalam pelatihan terhadap komitmen guru, (2) konsep diri guru terhadap komitmen guru, (3) kompetensi guru terhadap komitmen guru, dan (4) secara bersama-sama antara pengalaman dalam pelatihan, konsep diri guru, dan kompetensi guru terhadap komitmen guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar yang berjumlah 386 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik persentase 25% dari populasi sehingga diperoleh banyaknya anggota sampel berjumlah 97 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling dengan undian. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, korelasi sederhana, korelasi ganda, regresi ganda, korelasi parsial, dan analisis kontribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pengalaman dalam pelatihan berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap komitmen guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,50% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 14,90%, (2) konsep diri guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap komitmen guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 12,60% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 10,10%, (3) kompetensi guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap komitmen guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 19,50% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,60%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama pengelaman dalam pelatihan, konsep diri guru, dan kompetensi guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap komitmen guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Gianyar dengan kontribusi sebesar 38,30%.

This study aimed at finding out the extent of contribution of (1) experience in training toward teachers commitment, (2) self-concept of the teachers toward teachers commitment, (3) teachers competency toward teachers commitment, and (4) simultaneously, experience in training, self-concept of the teachers, and teachers competency toward teachers commitment at Senior High School in Gianyar regency. The population technique in this study were all teachers of Senior High School in Gianyar regency, amounting to 386 people. The samples used techniques percentage of 25% of the population in order to obtain the number of members totaling 97 samples. The sample was selected by proportional random sampling with a lottery. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by simple regression, simple correlation, multiple correlation, multiple regression, partial correlation, and contribution analysis. The result showed that (1) experience in training contributed significantly toward teacher commitment at Senior High School in Gianyar Regency with the contribution of 15,50% and effective contribution of 14,90%, (2) self-concept of the teachers contributed significantly toward teacher commitment at Senior High School in Gianyar Regency with the contribution of 12,60% and effective contribution of 10,10%, (3) teachers competency contributed significantly toward teacher commitment at Senior High School in Gianyar Regency with the contribution of 19,50% and effective contribution of 13,60%, and (4) simultaneously, experience in training, self-concept of the teachers, and teachers competency toward teachers commitment at Senior High School in Gianyar Regency with the contribution of 38,30%.
