EFEKTIFITAS PELAKSANAAN STANDAR PROSES (PERATURAN MENTERI PENDIDIKAN DAN KEBUDAYAAN RI NO. 65 TAHUN 2013) DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKN PADA SISWA TINGKAT PERTAMA SMP NEGERI SE-KABUPATEN BADUNG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mendeskripsikan efektifitas pelaksanaan standar proses dalam pembelajaran PKn dari dimensi konteks, (2) mendeskripsikan efektifitas pelaksanaan standar proses dalam pembelajaran PKn dari dimensi input, (3) mendeskripsikan efektifitas pelaksanaan standar proses dalam pembelajaran PKn dari dimensi proses, (4) mendeskripsikan efektifitas pelaksanaan standar proses dalam pembelajaran PKn dari dimensi produk, dan (5) mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan standar proses pembelajaran PKn pada siswa tingkat pertama SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Badung serta memberikan alternatif pemecahan masalahnya. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan mengadopsi model evaluasi CIPP. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada guru mata pelajaran PKn SMP tingkat pertama yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013 di SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Badung yaitu sebanyak 8 orang guru dari empat sekolah berbeda. Hasil analisis data dengan mengubah skor pada variabel konteks, input, proses, dan produk ke T-Skor serta dijadikan dalam bentuk perbandingan maka diperoleh persentase sebagai berikut: (1) Pada variabel konteks diperoleh hasil perbandingan 5:3 memiliki kategori kecenderungan positif, (2) Pada variabel input diperoleh hasil perbandingan 5:3 memiliki kategori kecenderungan positif, (3) Pada variabel proses diperoleh hasil perbandingan 4:4 memiliki kategori kecenderungan negatif, dan (4) Pada variabel produk diperoleh hasil perbandingan 5:3 memiliki kategori kecenderungan positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan secara mendalam simpulan yang diperoleh adalah cukup efektifnya pelaksanaan standar proses pembelajaran PKn pada siswa tingkat pertama SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Badung ditinjau dari komponen konteks, input, proses dan produk.

This study aimed at: (1) to describe effectiveness of process standard implementation in teaching-learning of PKn viewed from context dimension, (2) to describe effectiveness of process standard implementation in teaching-learning of PKn viewed from input dimension, (3) to describe effectiveness of process standard implementation in teaching-learning of PKn viewed from process dimension, (4) to describe effectiveness of process standard implementation in teaching-learning of PKn viewed from product dimension, and (5) to find out obstacles faced in implementation of process standard of PKn teaching-learning at the public junior high school student in area of Badung regency and give its problems solving. This study is descriptive research by adopt evaluation model of CIPP. This study was conducted at the PKn teacher in the junior high school which has applied curriculum 2013 in the public junior high school by number of 8 teacher from four different school. The result of data analysis by transform score at context, input, process and product variable to T-score and it taken as comparative form hence get percentage as follows: (1) at context variable with comparative of 5:3 it has tend of positive category, (2) at input variable with comparative of 5:3 it has tend of positive category, (3) at process variable with comparative of 4:4 it has tend of negative category, and (4) at product variable with comparative of 5:3 it has tend of positive category. Based on the result and discussion in depth then conclusion obtained is implementation of process standard in teaching-learning of PKn at the public junior high school student in area of Badung regency viewed from context, input, process, and product is effective enough.
