DETERMINASI SUPERVISI PEMBELAJARAN, KOMPETENSI MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH DAN KEMAMPUAN KEPALA SEKOLAH MEMOTIVASI GURU TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL GURU SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN ABANG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis determinasi dari: (1) supervisi pembelajaran terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru, (2) kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru, (3) kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru, dan (4) supervisi pembelajaran, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian korelasional terhadap guru-guru di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Abang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan, temuan yang diperoleh adalah sebagai berikut. (1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara supervisi pembelajaran dengan kemampuan manajerial guru; (2) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru; (3) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru; dan (4) terdapat determinasi yang positif dan signifikan antara secara bersama-sama supervisi pembelajaran, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, dan kemampuan kepala sekolah memotivasi guru terhadap kemampuan manajerial guru

The aim of this study is to identify and analyze the determinant of: (1) learning supervision on managerial ability of teachers, (2) the principal’s managerial competence on the managerial ability of teachers, (3) the ability of the principal to motivate teachers in managerial ability of teachers, and (4) learning supervision, the principal managerial competence, ability of the principal to motivate teachers on the managerial ability of teachers. To achieve these objectives, the researcher conducted correlation research design at state Junior High School at Abang district. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, the findings obtained are as follows. (1) there is a significant determination between learning supervision with managerial ability of teachers; (2) there is a positive and significant determination on managerial competence of principal on managerial ability of teachers; (3) there is a positive and significant determination on the ability of principal to motivate teachers on managerial ability of teachers; and (4) there is a positive and significant determination correlation among learning supervision, the principal managerial competence, and the ability of principal to motivate teachers on managerial ability of teachers
