KONTRIBUSI ETOS KERJA DISIPLIN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SMA NEGERI SE KECAMATAN KARANGASEM

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : (1) besarnya kontribusi Etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (2) besarnya kontribusi disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) besarnya kontribusi motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (4) besarnya kontribusi etos kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja secara bersama sama terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri Se Kecamatan Karangasem.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian ex-post facto yang berbentuk korelasional dengan populasi subyek mencakup semua guru SMA Negeri Se Kecamatan Karangasem, yang berjumlah 60 orang, yang ditarik secara study sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk variabel etos kerja, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan variabel kinerja guru. Penyusunan kuesioner menggunakan model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan analisis korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari: (1) etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (2) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (3) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) etos kerja, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru.

The study was conducted in order to find out and analyze the contribution of: (1) Work Ethos towards teachers’ performances; (2) Work Diciplin towards teachers’ performances; (3) Working Motivition towards teachers’ performances; (4) The Contributionof attitude,Work Ethos, Work Dicipline, and Work Motivation, Working altogether towards teachers’ performances at at Senior High School teachers in Karangasem regency.This study utilized an ex-post facto design, with a census study in a form of correlation, involving the total number of 60 teaching staffs of at Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district. as the population. Data of work ethos,work dicipline, and work motivation, working , and teachers’ performances variables were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale model. The analysis were made based on simple and multiple regression, partial correlation analysis.
The findings indicated that (1) there was significant contribution of work ethos towards teachers’ performances (2) there was significant contribution of achieving motivation towards teachers’ performances; (3) there was significant contribution of working towards teachers’ performances (4) there was significant contribution of work ethos, work dicipline , work motivation, working simultaneously towards teachers’ performances at Senior High School teachers in Karangasem district. Based on the finding it could be concluded that work ethos, work dicipline and work motivation, working provided positive and significant contribution towards the teachers’ performances. Accordingly all the three variables could become predictors to improve the teacher’s performances at Senior High School teachers in Karangasem regency.
