ANALISIS KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK DAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DITINJAU DARI OUTPUT INSTITUSI PADA PARA GURU SMP NEGERI DI KOTA DENPASAR

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan kompetensi pedagogik antara guru output LPTK dan guru output non LPTK, (2) perbedaan kompetensi profesional antara guru output LPTK dan guru output non LPTK, (3) perbedaan simultan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional antara guru output LPTK dan guru output non LPTK. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian expostpacto.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri di Kota Denpasar yang berjumlah 690 orang. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 266 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional yang diukur dengan menggunakan model skala likert. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kompetensi pedagogik guru output LPTK dengan rerata 162,12 lebih tinggi daripada kompetensi pedagogik guru output Non LPTK dengan rerata 156,46, dengan nilai Fhitung= 21,665 (ρ˂0,05), dan nilai thitung = 4,65 ˃ ttabel = 1,66, (2) kompetensi profesional guru output LPTK dengan rerata 144,05 lebih rendah daripada kompetensi profesional guru output Non LPTK dengan rerata 149,54, dengan nilai Fhitung= 9,353 (ρ˂0,05), dan nilai thitung = 3,06 ˃ ttabel = 1,66, dan (3) terdapat perbedaan yang simultan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional antara guru output LPTK dan guru output Non LPTK, dengan nilai Fhitung = 16,846 dan ρ˂0,05. Dengan demikian, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional antara guru output LPTK dan guru output Non LPTK pada SMP Negeri di Kota Denpasar baik secara terpisah maupun simultan.

This research is aiming to know about (1) the difference between the pedagogical competence of the LPTK output teachers and the non LPTK output teachers, (2) the difference between the professional competence of the LPTK output teachers and the non LPTK output teachers, (3) the simultaneous differentiation of pedagogical competence and professional competence between the LPTK output teachers and the non LPTK output teachers. This study was designed in the form of Expost Pacto studies.The population of these studies are all Junior High School teachers in Denpasar with amount of to 690 teachers. The research samples that been used are totaled to 266 teachers. The sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique. The data in this study was collected using a questionnaire pedagogical competence and professional competence that were measured using a likert scale models. The collected data was analyzed using MANOVA analysis. The results showed that: (1) the pedagogical competence of the LPTK output teachers with the average value is amounted to 162,12 is higher than the pedagogical competence of Non LPTK output teachers with the average value is amounted to 156,46, with the value of Fcounting = 21,665 (ρ˂0,05), and the value of tcounting = 4,65 ˃ ttable = 1,66, (2) the professional competence of the LPTK output teachers with the average value is amounted to 144,05 is lower than the professional competence of Non LPTK output teachers with the average value is amounted to 149,54, with the value of Fcounting = 9,353 (ρ˂0,05), and the value of tcounting = 3,06 ˃ ttable = 1,66, and (3) there are the simultaneous differentiation of pedagogical competence and professional competence between the LPTK output teachers and the non LPTK output teachers, with the value of Fcounting = 16,846 and ρ˂0,05. Therefore, there are significant pedagogical competence and professional competence differences between the LPTK output teachers and the non LPTK output teachers in the Junior High Schools in Denpasar either separately or simultaneously.
