IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE JIGSAW TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN BERBICARA BAHASA JEPANG DENGAN KOVARIABEL EKSPEKTASI KARIR PADA SISWA KELAS X JURUSAN TATA BOGA DI SMK PARIWISATA NUSA DUA
Abstract
Studi eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang kelas X Jurusan tata boga di SMK Nusa Dua dengan kovariabel ekspektasi karir siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain post test only control group. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 250 orang dan 164 siswa dipilih menjadi sampel dengan teknik random sampling. Data kemampuan berbicara dikumpulkan dengan tes kinerja dan data ekspektasi karir siswa dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner skala Likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan ANAVA, ANAKOVA dan Analisis Regresi Sederhana. Temuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang antara siswa yang diajar model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode langsung yang ditunjukan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000, (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang antara siswa yang diajar model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw dengan siswa yang diajar dengan metode langsung setelah kovariabel ekspektasi karir dikendalikan yang ditunjukan dengan nilai probabilitas 0,000 dan (3) ekspektasi karir berkontribusi 21,4% terhadap kemampuan berbicara bahasa Jepang siswa.

This study aims at discovering whether or not there is a significant effect of cooperative learning model Type Jigsaw on tenth grade students of food and beverage department of Nusa Dua vocational school with students’ career expectation as covariable. This research applied post test only control group design. The number of population was 250 students and 164 students were selected as sample through random sampling. Data of speaking ability in Japanese language were collected by performance test and data of students’ career expectation were collected by questionnaire with Likert scale. The obtained data were c analyzed statistically by ANOVA, ANCOVA, and Simple Regression. This research discovers that: (1) there is a significant difference in speaking Japanese language between the students taught by using cooperative learning model tipe jigsaw and those taught by using direct instruction, (2) there is a significant difference in speaking Japanese language between the students taught by using cooperative learning model tipe jigsaw and those taught by using direct instruction after caree expectation covariable was controlled, and (3) career expectation contributes 21,4% on students’ speaking ability in Japanese language.
