KONSTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SMK SEKECAMATAN ABIANSEMAL

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) besarnya kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK se-Kecamatan Abiansemal. 2) besarnya kontribusi disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK se-Kecamatan Abiansemal. 3) besarnya kontribusi motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK se-Kecamatan Abiansemal. 4) besarnya kontribusi secara bersama-sama gaya kepimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru, motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SMK se-Kecamatan Abiansemal. Rancangan penelitian ini merupakan penelitian expost facto (pengukuran setelah kejadian) dengan teknik korelasional karena penelitian dalam variable bebas dan variable terikat telah terjadi sebelum penelitian dilakukan sampel penelitian sebanyak 60 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data tentang kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan dengan hasil persamaan regresi Y = 49,036 + 0,390 X1 , koefisien korelasi 0,748, kontribusi 55,9 %, Kontribusi disiplin kerja dengan persamaan garis rehgresi Y = 51,746 + 0,369 X2 , Koefisien korelasi 0,706, Kontribusi 49,8 %, Kontribusi motivasi kerja dengan hasil persamaan garis regresi dan secara bersama-sama kontribusi sebesar Y = 55,788 + 0,322 X3 , Koefisien korelasi 0,615, kontribusi 37,8%, Kontribusi secara bersam-sama, gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan hasil persamaan garis regresi Y = 45,934 + 0,258 X1 + 0,161 X2 + 0,090 X3 Koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,773, kontribusi sebesar 59,7%.

The purpose of this research are to know about : 1) The amount of the head master’s leadership style contribution toward to the teacher’s performance in SMK in Abiansemal Subdistrict. 2) The amount of the teacher’s work discipline toward to the teacher’s performance in SMK in Abiansemal Subdistrict. 3) The amount of the teacher’s work motivation toward to the teacher’s performance in SMK in Abiansemal Subdistrict. 4) The amount of all contribution of the head master’s leadership style, teacher’s work discipline, teacher’s work motivation toward to the teacher’s performance in SMK in Abiansemal Subdistrict. The research plan is Expost Facto Research (measuring after the event), by correlational technical, because the research with free statistical variable and tied variable have happened before the research done, the sample of this research are 60 people. All the data have been collected are the data about leadership style contribution with comparison regression result = 49,036 + 0,390 X1 , correlation coefficient 0,748, contribution 55,9 %, work discipline contribution with comparison regression line Y = 51,746 + 0,369 X2 , correlation coefficient 0,706, contribution 49,8 %, work motivation contribution with regression line correlation and together with the contribution Y = 55,788 + 0,322 X3 correlation coefficient 0,615, contribution 37,8 %, all contribution, leadership style, work discipline contribution, work motivation toward to the teacher’s performance with regression line correlation Y = 45,934 + 0,258 X1 + 0,161 X2 + 0,090 X3 correlation coefficient 0,773, contribution 59,7 %.
