DETERMINASI PERSEPSI GURU PADA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN ETOS KERJA TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU SD GUGUS V KECAMATAN SERIRIT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi persepsi guru pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional dan etos kerja guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru SD Gugus V Kecamatan Seririt. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang bertugas SD Gugus V Kecamatan Seririt. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik sensus. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 31 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner, analisis data dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara persepsi guru pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada SD Gugus V Kecamatan Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,744 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 31,68%, 2) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada SD Gugus V Kecamatan Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,393 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 10,36%, 3) terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru pada SD Gugus V Kecamatan Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,687 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 26,97%, 4) secara bersama-sama, terdapat determinasi yang signifikan antara persepsi guru pada kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional, dan etos kerja guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SD Gugus V Kecamatan Seririt dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,690 dan determinasinya sebesar 69% terhadap Motivasi kerja guru SD Gugus V Kecamatan Seririt.

This study aims to determine the perceptions of teachers' determination on school leadership, professional competence and work ethic of teachers to motivate elementary school teacher work force V District of Seririt. The population of this research is all the teachers in charge of elementary Cluster V District of Seririt. Sampling was done through census techniques. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 31 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire, data analysis with regression techniques. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant determinant of perceptions of teachers in school leadership on work motivation of teachers in elementary Force V District of Seririt with a correlation coefficient of 0.744 and the effective contribution of 31.68%, 2) there is a significant determinant of competence professionals to work motivation of teachers in elementary Force V District of Seririt with a correlation coefficient of 0.393 and the effective contribution of 10.36%, 3) there is a significant determinant of the work ethic of the work motivation of teachers in elementary Force V District of Seririt with a correlation coefficient of 0.687 and effective contribution by 26.97%, 4) are together, there is a significant determinant of perceptions of teachers on school leadership, professional competence, and work ethic motivation of teachers to work in primary school teacher Force V District of Seririt with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.690 and determination of 69% on work motivation elementary teachers Force V District of Seririt.
