KONTRIBUSI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI, TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PNS PADA SMP NEGERI DI KECAMATAN GEROKGAK

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru PNS di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Gerokgak. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah populasi sampel 97 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,130 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 6,32%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,305 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 28,26%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,048 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 4,60%, (4) secara bersama sama, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,626 dan kontribusinya sebesar 39,2% terhadap kinerja guru PNS pada SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Gerokgak.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the contribution of the principal's leadership style, academic supervision and achievement motivation on the performance of government school teachers in SMP Gerokgak. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 97 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire and documentation, analysis of data with simple regression techniques, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant contribution between principal leadership style on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.130 and the effective contribution of 6.32%, (2) there is a significant contribution to the academic supervision of the teacher's performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.305 and the effective contribution of 28.26%, (3) there is a significant contribution to the achievement motivation on the performance of teachers with a correlation coefficient of 0.048 and the effective contribution of 4.60%, (4) are together, there is a significant contribution to the principal's leadership style , academic supervision, and achievement motivation on the performance of teachers with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.626 and a contribution of 39.2% on the performance of teachers in elementary school in SMP Gerokgak.
