Kontribusi Perilaku Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja dan Etos kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Bimbingan Konseling Pada SMA Se Kabupaten Tabanan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja dan etos kerja baik secara sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling pada SMA se kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan metode ex post facto. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada seluruh guru bimbingan konseling pada SMA se kabupaten Tabanan tahun 2015, dari 52 populasi di pilih 52 orang guru bimbingan konseling (bk) sebagai sampel penelitian dengan menggunakan tehnik sensus. Instrumen Skala Likert yang dipakai untuk mengumpulkan data melalui: validasi dengan uji validitas butir, reliabilitas, normalitas sebaran data, linieritas, multikolinier. Hasil analisis ditemukan: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling sebesar 18,4%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling, sebesar 49,5%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling sebesar 34,8% (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang positif dan signifikan antara perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling pada SMA se kabupaten Tabanan, dengan kontribusi sebesar 51,4%, Dari paparan hasil diatas, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga variabel tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor kecendrungan kinerja perilaku kepemimpinnan kepala sekolah, iklim kerja dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru bimbingan konseling pada SMA se kabupaten Tabanan.

This purposes of this research were to investigate the Contribution of the principal’s leadership attitude, the work atmosphere, the work ethic, both individually and collectively toword the work achievement of the counseling and guidance teachers in public high school in Tabanan Regency. This research is classified as an ex post facto one. The population of this research is 52 teachers as well as the sample from all the public high school in Tabanan Regency. The sample were obtamed through census technique. The Likert Scale instrumen was used in collecting datas through questionnare and validated by item validity, reliability, normality, linierity and multikolinierity. The results show that (1) the principal’s leadership attitude is identified having positive and significant contribution toward the work achievement, that is 18,4%, (2) The work atmosphere gives positive and significant contribution toward the work achievement, that is 49,5%, (3) the work ethic also gives positive and significant contribution toward the work achievement, that is 34,8%, (4) the principal’s leadership attitude, the work atmosphere, and the work ethic, collectively, give positive and significant contribution toward the work achievement of the counseling and guidance teachers in public high schools in Tabanan Regency, that is 51,4%. The condusion of the research is all variables can be used as the predictor of the principal’s leadership attitude, work atmosphere and the work ethic toward the work achievement of the counseling and guidance teachers in public high schools in Tabanan Regency.
