Kontribusi Supervisi Akademik, Kompetensi Manajerial Kepala Sekolah, dan Etos Kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri Di Kabupaten Tabanan

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya kontribusi (1) supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru, (2) kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (3) etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru, dan (4) secara simultan supervisi akademik, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan yang berjumlah 262 orang. Sesuai dengan tabel Krejcie dan Morgan banyaknya anggota sampel diambil berjumlah 181 orang. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan regresi sederhana, regresi ganda dan korelasi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 10,8% dan sumbangan efektif 7,23%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 4,4% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 1,37%, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 23,6% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,98%, (4) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara simultan supervisi akademik, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 28,6%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi akademik, kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan baik secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian, ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru SMK Negeri di Kabupaten Tabanan.

This Research aims to know the level of contribution (1) supervision of academic to teacher performance, (2) managerial competence of the headmasters to teacher performance, (3) working ethos to teacher performance, and (4) simultaneously between supervision of academic, the headmasters managerial competence, and working ethos towards the teachers performance in the state vocational schools in Tabanan Regency. The Population of the study is the entire teachers of the state vocational schools in Tabanan Regency, amounting to 262 people. Accordance with table of Krejcie and Morgan the sample size was 181 people. Sampling was done by proportional random sampling technique. This research use ex-post facto design. Data were collected by questionnaires. Data were analyzed by simple correlation, multiple regression, multiple correlation. The results of research show that (1) academic supervision has a contribution to 10,8% toward the teachers performance with effective contribution equal to 7,23%, (2) the headmasters managerial competence has the contribution of 4,4% towards performance learn with the effective contribution equal to 1,37%, (3) working ethos has the contribution of 23,6% towards the teachers performance with the effective contribution of 19,98%, and (4) simultaneously the academic supervision, the headmasters managerial competence, and working ethos toward teacher performance with the contribution equal to 28,6%. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that: the academic supervision, the headmasters managerial competence, and working ethos has a contribution towards the teachers performance of the state vocational schools in Tabanan Regency either separately or simultaneously. Thus, the three factors can be used as a predictors of the tendency level of teacher performance of The State vocational schools in Tabanan Regency.
