KONTRIBUSI SUPERVISI BIMBINGAN KONSELING, IKLIM KERJA SEKOLAH DAN KEPUASAN KERJA GURU TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PEMBIMBING SMA SE KABUPATEN TABANAN
Abstract
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat kontribusi supervisi bimbingan konseling, iklim kerja sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing SMA se Kabupaten Tabanan. Penelitian ini tergolong ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 51 orang dan seluruhnya terpilih menjadi sampel penelitian. Data supervisi bimbingan konseling, iklim kerja sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner model skala likert. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik dengan analisis regresi sederhana, analisis regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan sumbangan efektif. Temuan penelitian ini adalah; (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi bimbingan konseling terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing dengan kontribusi sebesar 43,6%, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara iklim kerja sekolah terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing dengan kontribusi sebesar 17,1% (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing dengan kontribusi sebesar 30,3%, dan (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi bimbingan konseling, iklim kerja sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru pembimbing kontribusi sebesar 47,3%.

This research aims at discovering whether or not there is a significant contribution of counseling supervision, working climate, teachers’ job satisfaction on the counseling teachers’ performance in government senior high school in Tabanan Regency. This research is ex-post facto. The population of this research is 51 counseling teachers and all of them are selected to be the sample of this research. The data of counseling supervision, working climate, teachers’ job satisfaction on the counseling teachers’ performance were collected by using questionnaire with Likert scale. The collected data were analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regression with three predictors and effective contribution. This research discovers: (1) there is a significant contribution of counseling supervision on the counseling teachers’ performance with contribution of 43,6%, (2) there is a significant contribution of working climate on the counseling teachers’ performance with contribution of 17,1% (3) there is a significant contribution of teachers’ job satisfaction on the counseling teachers’ performance with contribution of 30,3%, and (4) simultanously, there is a significant contribution of counseling supervision, working climate, teachers’ job satisfaction on the counseling teachers’ performance in government senior high school in Tabanan Regency with contribution of 47,3%.
