KONTRIBUSI MOTIVASI KERJA, KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KUALITAS PENGELOLAAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA BALI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi , kompetensi profesional, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran Bahasa Bali pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Badung. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini menggunakan metode ex-post facto. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 70 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner, analisis data dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran Bahasa Bali pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Badung. 2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kompetensi profesional terhadap terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran Bahasa Bali pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Badung.3) terdapat kontriubusi yang signifikan antara pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran Bahasa Bali pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Badung. 4) secara bersama-sama, terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervise akademik, kompetensi profesional, dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kualitas pengelolaan proses pembelajaran Bahasa Bali pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Negeri Se-Kabupaten Badung.

This study aims to determine the contribution of motivation, professional competence, and experience working on the quality of the learning process management Balinese language to high school students of State Se-Badung. Implementation of this study using ex-post facto. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 70 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire, data analysis with regression techniques. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant contribution to the quality of work motivation management Balinese language learning process at the State High School student Se-Badung. 2) there is a significant contribution to the professional competence of the management of the quality of the learning process Balinese language to high school students Badung.3 State Se-district) there is a significant kontriubusi between work experience on the quality of management of the Balinese language learning process in a State High School students Badung regency. 4) together, there is a significant contribution to the academic supervision, professional competence, and experience working on the quality of the learning process management Balinese language to high school students of State Se-Badung
