STUDI EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PRAKTIK KERJA INDUSTRI PADA KOMPETENSI KEAHLIAN ADMINISTRASI PERKANTORAN DI SMK NEGERI 1 SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pelaksanaan sistem pendidikan praktek kerja dan industri pada kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses, produk, dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan praktik kerja industri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluatif. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan evaluasi terhadap program. Jenis evaluasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model evaluasi program CIPP (context, input, process, product). Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 146 orang terdiri dari kepala sekolah, wakasek, guru, instruktur DU/DI, komite, guru BK dan siswa pada kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Berdasarkan jumlah populasi tersebut, maka sesuai tabel Morgan sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 103. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis univariat. Untuk menentukan efektivitas program, skor mentah ditransformasikan ke dalam T-Skor kemudian diverifikasikan ke dalam prototype Glickman. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa efektivitas pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri pada kompetensi keahlian Administrasi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja berada dalam kategori efektif dilihat dari variabel konteks, input, proses dan produk dengan hasil (+ + + +). Meskipun dalam kategori efektif ada beberapa kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan Praktik Kerja Industri di SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the education system and industry practices on expertise competency of Administrasi Perkantoran at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja viewed from variable of context, input, process, product, and constraints faced in the implementation of industry work practices. This study is an evaluative study in which the analysis is done based on the evaluation of the program. The type of evaluation is CIPP program evaluation model (context, input, process, product). The population in this study is 146 people, consisting of the principal, deputy principal, teacher, instructor DU/DI, school committee, Counseling teachers and students on the expertise program of Administrasi Perkantoran at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja. Based on the number of the population, then the corresponding table Morgan sample of this study is 103 people. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method using univariate analysis. To determine the effectiveness of the program, the raw scores are transformed into T-scores and then verified in a prototype Glickman. The results of the analysis showed that the effectiveness of the implementation of the Industrial Work Practices on Expertise Competency of Administrasi Perkantoran at SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja is categorized effectively in variable of context, input, process and product with the results (+ + + +). Although the effective category there are some obstacles encountered in the implementation of Industrial Work Practice in SMK Negeri 1 Singaraja.
