KONTRIBUSI PERILAKU KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, MOTIVASI KERJA DAN KUALITAS PEMBELAJARAN TERHADAP KINERJA GURU SD DI KECAMATAN KUBUTAMBAHAN

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui kontribusi; (a) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, (b) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru, (c) kualitas pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru dan (d) secara bersama perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan kualitas pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru. Semua guru SD yang berstatus PNS di Kecamatan Kbututambahan menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitiannya sebesar 70 guru. Desain penelitiannya ex- post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan angket. Data dianalisis dengan regresi. Dari data yang terkumpul, hasil penelitian menggambarkan; (1) perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh atau berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 76% dengan sumbangan efektifnya 78%. (2) kontirbusi positif motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 82% dengan SE 80%. (3) kualitas pembelajaran berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 83% dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 81%. 4) secara bersama perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan kualitas pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 89%.

This study was aims at determining the contribution of (a) the principal leadership toward performance for the teachers, (b) the work motivation toward performance for the teachers, (c) the quality learning of teachers toward performance for the teachers, (d) jointly among principal leadership, work motivation and quality learning of teachers toward performance for the teachers. Population of the study was all teachers at Secondary School of Region Kubutambahan which the sample amounting 70 teachers. This study belong to the ex post facto design. Data were collected by questionnaire. Data were analysed by regression analysis. The results showed that 1) the principal leadership toward contributed significantly to performance for the teacher amounting 76%, and the effective contribustion of 78 %. 2) the work motivation contributed significantly to performance for the teacher amounting 82%, and the effective contribustion of 81 %. 3) the quality learning of teacher contributed significantly to performance for the teacher amounting 83%, and the effective contribustion of 81%. 4) jointly among principal leadership, work motivation and quality learning contributed significantly to performance for the teacher amounting 89%
