HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEMAMPUAN MANAJERIAL KEPALA SEKOLAH, SUPERVISI PEMBELAJARAN, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DENGAN KINERJA GURU SD NEGERI DI KECAMATAN BUSUNGBIU KABUPATEN BULELENG
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Busungbiu, Kabupaten Buleleng. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian “ex-post facto” dengan jumlah sampel 183 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner dan dokumentasi, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,264 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 10,89%, 2) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara supervisi pembelajaran terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,305 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 8,80%, 3) terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,472 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 35,98%, 4) secara bersama sama, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, supervisi pembelajaran, dan motivasi kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien korelasi ganda sebesar 0,746 dan hubungannya sebesar 55,7% terhadap kinerja guru di SD Negeri Kecamatan Busungbiu, Kabupaten Buleleng.

This study aimed to determine the relationship of managerial ability principals, instructional supervision and motivation of teachers on teacher performance Elementary School District of Busungbiu, Buleleng. This research is "ex-post facto" with a sample of 183 people. Data collection tool was a questionnaire and documentation, analysis of data with simple regression techniques, multiple regression, and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant relationship between managerial ability principals on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.264 and the effective contribution of 10.89%, 2) there is a significant relationship between instructional supervision on the performance of teachers with a correlation coefficient of 0.305 and the effective contribution of 8.80%, 3) there is a significant relationship between work motivation of teachers on teacher performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.472 and the effective contribution of 35.98%, 4) are together, there is a significant relationship between managerial capabilities head school, supervised learning, and motivation of teachers on teacher performance with multiple correlation coefficient of 0.746 and the relation of 55.7% on the performance of teachers in public primary schools Busungbiu subdistrict, Buleleng.
