KORELASI GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA SEKOLAH, GAYA KOMUNIKASI, DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU PADA SD NEGERI SE-GUGUS III ABIANSEMAL
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, gaya komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Negeri Se-Ggugus III Abiansemal. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 54 orang. Alat pengumpul data berupa kuesioner, analisis data dengan teknik regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri Se-Gugus III Abiansemal, 2) terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara gaya komunikasi dan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri Se-Gugus III Abiansemal, 3) terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru pada SD Negeri Se-Gugus III Abiansemal, 4) terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, gaya komunikasi, dan motivasi kerja, secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru pada SD Negeri Se-Gugus III Abiansemal.

This study aims to determine correlation principal leadership styles, communication styles, and motivation to work on the performance of teachers in primary schools se-Ggugus III Abiansemal. Implementation of this research is an ex-post facto. Population and sample in this study amounted to 54 people. Data collection tool in the form of questionnaires, data analysis technique simple regression, multiple regression and partial correlation. The results showed that: 1) there is a significant correlation between principal leadership style and performance of teachers in primary schools Cluster III Abiansemal, 2) there is a significant correlation between communication style and the performance of teachers in primary schools Cluster III Abiansemal, 3 ) there is a significant correlation between motivation and performance of teachers in primary schools Cluster III Abiansemal, 4) there is a significant correlation between headmaster leadership style, communication style and work motivation, jointly to the performance of teachers in primary schools Cluster III Abiansemal
