Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Supervisi Akademik, Etos Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Mengelola Proses Pembelajaran di Gugus I dan II Kecamatan Mengwi pada tahun 2015
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, etos kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru pada Gugus I dan II Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Mengwi secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru Gugus I dan II Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Mengwi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 98 orang guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi, korelasi dan analisis determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru Gugus I dan II SD Kecamatan Mengwi melalui persamaan garis regresi = 39,549 + 0,714 X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,4 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 24,3 %, (2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru Gugus I dan II SD Kecamatan Mengwi melalui persamaan garis regresi : = 31,861 + 0,755 X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 52,4 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,1 %, (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara etos kerja terhadap kinerja guru Gugus I dan II SD Kecamatan Mengwi melalui persamaan garis regresi = 66,213 + 0,662 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 40,9 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 17,1 %, (4) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Gugus I dan II SD Kecamatan Mengwi melalui persamaan garis regresi = 70,393+ 0,575 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 45,6 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 19,4%, dan (5) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, supervisi akademik, etos kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru Gugus I dan II SD Kecamatan Mengwi melalui persamaan garis regresi = -15,284 + 0,307 X1 + 0,319 X2 + 0,277 X3 + 0,245 X4 dengan kontribusi sebesar 82,9 %.

This study was conducted to find out the extend of the effect of the (1) independent variable of school headmaster leadership (X1), (2) academic supervision (X2), (3) work ethic (X3), (4) organizational culture (X4) toward teachers’ performances in managing students’ learning process (Y) and (5) to find out the effect of altogether of headmaster leadership, academic supervision, work ethic, and organizational culture toward teachers’ performances in managing students’ learning process in Elementary Schools Group I and II of district Mengwi in the year of 2015. The population of this study were all of the elementary school teacers in Elementary Schools Group I and II of district of Mengwi, in total number of 98 teachers. This study used an ex-post facto research design. All the data were obtained by using questionnaires and observations sheets. The data were analized by using regresion, correlation, and determination analysis.
