Kontribusi Antara Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, Kualifikasi akademik, dan Supervisi pengajaran dengan Kinerja guru Di SD Se-gugus II Kecamatan Mengwi Kabupaten Badung
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, kualifikasi akademik dan supervisi pengajaran terhadap kinerja guru SD Se-gugus II Kecamatan Mengwi secara terpisah maupun simultan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Guru SD Se-gugus II Kecamatan Mengwi dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 70 orang guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan ex-post facto. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan lembar observasi. Data dianalisis dengan regresi, korelasi dan analisis kontribusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap disiplin kerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 48,212 + 0,537 X1 dengan kontribusi sebesar 43,2 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 22,9 %, (2) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kualifikasi akademik terhadap disiplin kerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi: = 42,654 + 0,508 X2 dengan kontribusi sebesar 34,0 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 20,1 %, (3) Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara supervisi pengajaran terhadap disiplin kerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 56,353 + 0,442 X3 dengan determinasi sebesar 32,9 % dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 18,0 %, dan (4) Terdapat Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan secara bersama-sama antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, kualifikasi akademik, dan supervisi pengajaran terhadap disiplin kerja guru melalui persamaan garis regresi = 1,475 + 0,285 X1 + 0,269 X2 + 0,269 X3 dengan kontribusi sebesar 61,0 %. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, kualifikasi akademik dan supervisi pengajaran terhadap kinerja guru SD Se-gugus II Kecamatan Mengwi secara terpisah maupun simultan. Dengan demikian ketiga faktor tersebut dapat dijadikan prediktor tingkat kecenderungan kinerja guru SD Se-gugus II Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung.

This study aim to find out contribution of the principal managerial ability, academic qualification and teaching supervison toward elementary school teacher performance in cluster II subdistrict of Mengwi partially and simultaneously. Population in this study was all elementary shool teacher in cluster II subdistrict of Mengwi with number of sample was 70 people. This study is ex-post facto design. Data was collected by questioner and observation. Data was analyzed with regression, correlation and contribution analysis. The result shows that (1) there is significant contribution between the principal managerial ability with teacher work discipline through regression equation Y=48,212 + 0,537X1 with contribution 43,2% and effective contribution is 22,9% (2) there is significant contribution academic qualification toward teacher work discipline through regression equation Y= 42,654 +0,508 X2 with contribution is 34% and effective contribution is 20,1% (3) there is significant contribution teacher work discipline through regression equation Y= 56,353 + 0,442 X3 with determination is 32,9% and effective contribution is 18% and (4) there is significant contribution simultaneously among the principal managerial abiliity, academic qualification and teaching supervision toward teacher work discipline through regression equation Y= 1,475 + 0,285X1 + 0,269X2+0,269X3 with contribution is 61%. Based on the result can be concluded that there is signficant contribution among the principal managerial ability, academic qualification and teaching supervision toward elementary school teacher performance in cluster II subdistrict of Mengwi partially and simultaneously. Thus the third factors can be predictor tendency level of elementary school teacher performance in cluster II subdistrict of Mengwi, Badung regency.
