Kontribusi Kualifikasi Guru, Kompetensi Profesional Guru, dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi kualifikasi guru, kompetensi profesional guru, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara baik secara terpisah maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tergolong penelitian ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara yang berjumlah 80 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling, dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 65 orang guru. Pengumpulan data dijaring dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan metode regresi sederhana, regresi ganda, korelasi ganda, dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) kualifikasi guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 36,1%, (2) kompetensi profesional guru berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 37,8%, (3) budaya organisasi berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 39,3%, dan (4) kualifikasi guru, kompetensi profesional guru, dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara dengan kontribusi sebesar 60,6%. Berdasarkan temuan-temuan di atas, dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa terdapat kontribusi kualifikasi guru, kompetensi profesional guru, budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru di Sekolah Dasar Gugus IV Kecamatan Kuta Utara.

This study aimed at investigating the contributions of teacher’s qualification, teacher’s professional competency, and organization culture toward teachers’ performance at elementary schools of group IV North Kuta sub-district separately as well as simultaneously. The approach of this study was categorized into ex-post facto. The population of this study were all teachers of elementary schools of group IV North Kuta sub-district where they were 80 teachers. The sample of this study was selected by using stratified random sampling technique where the sample chosen were 65 teachers. The data was collected through the implementation of questionnaires and analyzed by using simple regression, multiple regressions, multiple correlation, and partial correlation. The results show that (1) teacher’s qualification brought in significant contribution toward teachers’ performances at elementary schools of group IV North Kuta sub-district as much as 36.1%, (2) teacher’s professional competency brought in significant contribution toward teachers’ performances at elementary schools of group IV North Kuta sub-district as much as 37.8%, (3) organization culture brought in significant contribution toward teachers’ performances at elementary schools of group IV North Kuta sub-district as much as 39.3%, and (4) teacher’s qualification, teacher’s professional competency, and organization culture simultaneously contribute significant contribution toward teachers’ performances at elementary schools of group IV North Kuta sub-district as much as 60.6%. Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that there are significant contributions of teacher’s qualification, teacher’s professional competency, and organization culture toward teachers’ performance at elementary schools of group IV North Kuta sub-district.
