KONTRIBUSI BUDAYA ORGANISASI, SUPERVISI PENGAWAS, DAN DAFTAR PENILAIAN PELAKSANAAN PEKERJAAN (DP3) TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI BALI KIDDY SCHOOL
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan budaya organisasi, supervisi pengawas, dan daftar penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan (DP3) terhadap kinerja guru di Bali Kiddy School secara tersendiri dan bersama-sama. Populasi dalam penilitian ini adalah guru-guru Bali Kiddy School yang berjumlah 48 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik studi sensus yang mengambil semua anggota populasi untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini dirancang dalam bentuk penelitian ex-post facto. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner budaya organisasi sekolah, supervisi pengawas, daftar penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan (DP3) serta kinerja guru. Data dianlisis dengan menggunakan statistik analisis regresi sederhana dan regresi ganda 3 prediktor dan sumbangan efektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan budaya organisasi sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Bali Kiddy School dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,639 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 33,8%. (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan supervisi pengawas terhadap kinerja guru di Bali Kiddy School dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,593 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 26,3%. (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan daftar penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan (DP3) terhadap kinerja guru di Bali Kiddy School dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,444 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 13,1%. (4) secara bersama-sama terdapat kontribusi yag signifikan budaya organisasi, supervisi pengawas, dan daftar penilaian pelaksanaan pekerjaan (DP3) terhadap kinerja guru di Bali Kiddy School dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,732 dan kontribusi sebesar 74,9%.

This study aimed at investigating the contribution given significantly by organizational culture, supervision, and performance evaluation (DP3) on teachers’ performance in Bali Kiddy School individually and together. The population in this research is the teachers in Bali Kiddy School of 48 people. Samples in this study using census study technique that takes all members of the population for the research sample. This study was designed in the form of ex-post facto research. Data was collected using questionnaires school organizational culture, supervision, performance evaluation (DP3) as well as the teachers’ performance. Data was analysed by using statistical regression analysis simple and multiple regression of 3 predictors and effective contribution. The results showed that: (1) there is a significant contribution to the performance of school organizational culture in Bali Kiddy School teacher with a correlation coefficient of 0.639 and the effective contribution of 33.8%. (2) there is a significant contribution to the performance of teachers' supervision in Bali Kiddy School with a correlation coefficient of 0.593 and the effective contribution of 26.3%. (3) there is a significant contribution to the implementation of performance evaluation (DP3) on teachers’ performance in Bali Kiddy School with a correlation coefficient of 0.444 and the effective contribution of 13.1%. (4) together are contributing significantly organizational culture, supervision watchdog, and a list of assessment work execution (DP3) on teacher performance in Bali Kiddy School with a correlation value of 0.732 and a contribution of 74.9%.
